Batch Management

This is the area of the platform that allows users to see all of the batches that are in a pending or sent state.

This area can only be seen By Admin and Agency Users

Leads can take up to file minutes before appearing in this section.

This allows users to see all of the batches that are configured to send (the campaign must be live for the batch to send).

This will display the number of leads in the file ready to be sent

This is the schedule populated from the configuration on the integration process job

The end date of the campaign is populated from the campaign.

This will give a breakdown of leads that have been sent for Pending or Sent files

This will redirect you to the configuration of the Batch CSV integration on the campaign

This will allow the user to send the file straight away and override the schedule on the processor job.

This will allow you to download the file that was previously sent
