Score Based Routing
What does it do?
This functionality enables the user to specify which integration runs depending on a specific score, if other words if the lead data has a score appended to it the platform will know where to send it.
Who would use it?
Publisher, Agency & Clients users
Why would clients find this useful?
The client would find this useful as it allows them to automate the process of separating their leads based off a score and synchronically work with there other tech solutions .
An example of how it would be implemented?
If the user wanted to separate their leads based off a lead score, this is typically useful when not all jobs have to pass on a campaign for the lead to deemed valid.
The simple use case would be when filtering leads to a Call centre and an email automation platform, you may have the situation where email failed and telephone passed.
Therefore you don't want to invalidate the lead, instead you still want to accept it but integrate it to the call centre instead of the EAP.
