Data Retention
What does it do?
Our data retention functionality allows users to delete data from the platform after a specified amount of time has passed.
With Data Retention Whitelisting, a user can select certain (non PII) form fields that can be kept when leads reach the end of the retention period.

Why would clients find this useful?
Users will find this useful if they need to delete data from the platform that is time sensitive or they are required to delete data after set time period
Users are able to select (non PII) form fields that be kept after the retention time period expires
Examples of how it would be implemented?
All fields that currently exist on a lead will be displayed on the Data Retention Whitelist page.
Users select the fields from the Data retention page. Their selection will keep the fields when the data retention process runs. This can include Form Data, as well as any enrichment data generated after the lead has been processed.
Users can also Enter the number of days they wish to retain the data for.
