Campaign Information
What does it do?
Campaign Information interacts with two customer personas, The persona sending lead data (publisher users) and the persona receiving lead data (admin & agency users).
The ‘Campaign Information' allows the customers who are receiving the lead data to display ‘Publisher notes’ and selected ‘Simple Conditional Validation’ and 'Validation jobs’ to Publishers.
On a campaign level, admin & agency users have the option to pick and choose which jobs (validation and simple conditional validation) to show to the publisher users.
Action | Description | Accpetance Criteria | |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Show Suppression Lists or Simple Validation jobs to a Publisher | This allows a user to configure which Suppression List or Simple Validation lists a Publisher is able to view | When a publisher user logs in they will see the processr jobs they are assigned to see. |
2 | Provide notes to a Publisher | This allows a user to provide additional information to Publishers eg. This could involve formatting criteria or a list of mandatory fields | When a publisher user logs in they will see the publisher notes they are assigned to see. |

What use case(s) does this apply to?
CONTENT SYNDICATION
Why would clients find this useful?
This is a great way to communicate to the persona sending lead data (publisher users). As it allows them to view upfront the desired customer profile. Which is detailed in the jobs they can view.
For instance, as a Publisher user being able to access and understand how leads are being Validated through ‘Simple Conditional Validation’ or via ‘Validation lists’ will be really useful as the benchmark for leads will be clear and understandable.
As a Brand client (admin or agency users), the ability to provide further information to Publisher’s via the notes section provides a clear and accessible communication channel if a quick additional explanation is required.
