• Allow archiving of forms with campaign associations because:

  • We see ‘archiving’ forms as an organisational feature for users, therefore users would want to archive forms that are no longer being used, especially if a form is associated to a inactive/ended campaigns. With the current ‘archiving’ behaviour, it would be very annoying for the user to have to remove any campaign associations (plus linked landing pages, emails, connected apps) if they want to archive a form.

  • When the ‘campaign level forms’ to ‘global forms’ migration occurs, forms that are associated to inactive/ended campaigns will be marked as ‘archived’, but this can’t happen if we require all archived forms to not have any campaign associations (plus linked landing pages, emails, connected apps).

• Forms > archived forms tab

  • Add new columns to allow removing of associations and previewing form

• Campaign > forms

  • Add new columns for form status (active, archived)

  • Only allow viewing and removing or archived forms
