One of the key upgrades to the Report Builder is the ability to use pre-defined Reporting Templates in order to quickly and easily setup reporting of your reports. We have selected the most utilised reports across the platform and presented them in one easy to access modal screen.

Creating a New Report:

Users of the Report Builder can create their own Reports. These Reports can be created used two ‘Types’ of data. The first type is 'Lead' data and the second Type is Campaign data.

To start creating a report of either type users need to specify which type of report they would like to create before commencing the 7 step process.

'Type' Stage:

In order to do this first they need to select the Report ‘Type' be it 'Lead' or 'Campaign’

‘Setup’ Stage:

Users are required to provide Name and Description to their report, this will allow them to identify it later when reviewing the Report Builder Listings page.

Specified Reporting Dates:

Users can select a Specified Time Period for their report. This allows them to set the report for exact Start and End Dates.

Rolling Reporting Period:

Users can select a Rolling Time Period for their report. This allows them to set the report over rolling ‘Days’ or 'Months'.

Private or Public Report Access:

Users can select if they wish the report to be Private and require a password to access. Or if the report can be accessed openly without a password.

Delivery Stage:

Within the Delivery step of the Report creation Users are able to select a number of options as to when they would like the report scheduled. Scheduling of reports is best used when reporting is required on a cyclical basis rather than one off reports. It is also important to note that Reporting periods will only allow for 12 month durations for the report.

These include:

Schedule: Do Not Schedule

In this instance the report will act as a one off report that does not repeat on a set timeframe.

Schedule: Monthly

In this instance the report will repeat every month on the day and hour set. It is important to note that the Report Builder will only report on a maximum time period of 12 months.
