Objective

To define all internal platform reporting needs to surface data directly related to the platform in order to better understand user behaviour and guide business decisions based on data points rather than instinct.

Tech Dashboard - Monthly

Watching trends in volume & invalidation (total / by vertical / by industry)

Use this to provide CS insights into client performance, and can also give sales a high-level view on an advertisers activity across our network

Tech Dashboard - Weekly

Processr Job Data

Adam pulled this last year and we were able to find insights like Agency leads are more likely to fail b/c of jobs A B & C

Platform exports

Benson pulled these reports manually & they had the extra fields I'm requesting (publisher / lead country / lead industry / channel). If you look at the Agency one, you'll see the type of data insights I can get from these.

Advertisers by Volume

This comes from the tech dashboard and sales use it to identify which brands have the most volume passing through CVTR to identify potential prospects to cold call. NO PII data is shared, but they may ask Hilton for an introduction through partners.

Sales would like a similar breakout on Publishers (see publisher ecosystem tab in quicksight)

Publisher

Note: Publisher names also have a lot of variation similar to Advertiser Name (ex: typos, extra spaces, geo)

Channel

ex: LI connected app, E2E, upload, API

New

Valid + Invalid

We might want to rename Total Leads when we add this so people know what each are... This request is b/c Deleted Leads skews invalidation a lot on a few accounts. Note: this can probably be a calculation in QuickSight, but it may need to be done repeatedly and I don't know how to do the calculation yet.

13

New

Invalidation Rate

QuickSight should be able to handle this, but I'd need help writing the syntex calculation.
