What does it do?
This duplication flags on an email on a first-come, first-serve basis on a publisher level.
This is predominately used for B2B because agencies and clients still pay for the leads even though they have been delivered by different publishers.

An example of how it would be implemented?
For instance, if a lead with an email eg adam@convertr.io comes into a campaign the second instance of a lead with this email will be flagged as a duplicate only if this lead had come from the same publisher.
Once flagged the platform then passes this information back on to the publisher.
