LastBounce Telephone Verification

As a Super Admin, Admin and Agency user a new processr job (for DSG only) is now available in the Processr under Quality Assurance > LastBounce Telephone Verification. This processr job will use the LastBounce API of Demand Science Group. The customer will be able to leverage their own telephone validation service.

In order to use this API, the user is provided with an API URL & Key. This API key authenticates the requests to the API and manages usage via account credits.

To enable the processr job on the enterprise you will need to go to Enterprise > Processr and enable LastBounce Telephone Verification.

Users are able to configure the default settings for the job on an enterprise level.

Credential Manager

 

  1. Click Add

  2. Type: Select Processr Job

  3. Entity: Select Last Bounce Telephone Verification

  4. Name: Name the config

  5. API URL: Input the API URL for the Last Bounce Telephone Verification

  6. Client ID: Put N/A

  7. Client Secret: Input the API key

Then Click Save.

Campaign Processr

The LastBounce Telephone Verification job can be found in the Proccessr > Processr Jobs > Quality Assurance tab. To add the LastBounce Telephone Verification job to a campaign simply click the ‘Add’ button and search for the job in the dropdown menu and click ‘Save’. The processr job will be added to the Independent Jobs list.

Add the Processr job:

 

Click ‘Configure’ in the Jobs listing table.

For credential_souce select Credential Manager

For manager_credentials select the corresponding configuration saved in the enterprise credential manager section.

Credential_source (mandatory field)

This is where a user can select the Credential Source, which will be populated from the Credential Manager section.

Manager_credentials (mandatory field)

This field should map to the correct credentials which will be populated from the Credential Manager section.

Telephone (mandatory field)

This field should be mapped to the telephone field.

Number Type Valid State

Users have the ability to select how they want certain telephone numbers to be determined to have a Valid state. The options are Pass or Fail based on the below statuses.

Lead View

Once configured leads that are submitted will be processed in accordance with the Pass / Fail setup.

Provider Logs

Processr Logs

The Processr Logs tab will detail the time of processing, Job Name and a Message detailing the process the lead completed.

Job Details

The Job details tab in the Leads view modal will detail the Category, Job Name, Status and any Message that may have been added to the lead.

Lead Export

Users will be able to create Lead Exports from submitted leads. Within the lead export, the user will be able to export all data stored against the lead and the field LastBounce Telephone Verification will detail all leads that were verified by the LastBounce job.

Users are able to select fields for the Lead Export and view them in the Output Columns panel. These are the fields that will be generated as part of the Lead Export report.

 

Report Builder

Users will be able to create reports using Report Builder for Lead Data reports. It should be noted that the LastBounce Telephone Verification tab is not available for Campaign reports.

Output Columns

Users will be able to view the Columns that will be generated as part of the Report Builder > Leads Report.
