Fixed Cost

There will be no backwards compatibility for this feature

Publisher can only be assigned once on the campaign, therefore cannot deliver on both CPL and fixed cost contacts on a single campaign

Users can have a mix of fixed and CPL across publishers on the campaign

Example: 3 publishers on a campaign, 2 can be fixed and one can be CPL but none can have both

Multiple Publishers can have fixed cost on an uncapped campaign as long as it is on 1 band

Publishers can only be assigned once on a campaign. Publishers cant deliver cPL and fixed cost contracts on a single campaign.

Reporting will store when contract becomes valid ie. when min requirements met based on the queried time period which will update the report incrementally. If a min goal is met within a month then the fixed cost should appear in that month in the report
