Bulk Editing of Lead Data
Super Admin / Admin Users:
When bulk updating data, leads will automatically be reprocessed.
Users will be able to edit data on a campaign for all leads & all publishers.
Users will need no approval before the lead are reprocessed.
Users will be able to toggle Bulk Editing setting on or off on a campaign level only. (Bulk editing will be toggled off by default.)
Bulk editing will only be reportable via the database (in order to understanding which leads have been edited.)
Bulk editing the data in the CSV/XLSX file will overwrite specified fields of the previously submitted data.
For data the user wants to update in the Bulk Edit template: Users will need to copy the Convertr Lead IDs
Any lead that is in a pending batch cannot be edited
Any lead that had been delivered cannot be edited
Bulk Edit will be available to both the Leads and the Campaign Leads sections
User will be able to download a template with a prefixed column for lead id
CANT
Users will NOT be able to delete a record via the Bulk Edit.
Bulk edit of lead data will NOT be available via the Publisher API.
Bulk Editing of leads will NOT be available with the existing Convertr Connect Integration.
Will NOT have the ability to lock any fields to be edited
Will NOT Limit the number of times the users can bulk edit the data.
Agency Users:
