Step 1
Campaign (mandatory option)
This is where the user has to select the campaign they want the SMS messaging to run on
Twillio account ID
This will need to be populated with the Twillio Account id (go to Twillio - Config to find out how to get this)
This will need to be populated with the Twillio Auth Token (go to Twillio - Config to find out how to get this)
This will need to be populated with the Twillio Telephone Number (go to Twillio - Config to find out how to get this)
Introduction:
This will be the first message that is sent to the user, this is where the user can write any custom message (max characters)
Conclusion: This is the final message sent to the customers concluding the messages sent (max characters)
Message Connector: this is the message that is sent in between the answers on questions which are configured in step 2
Retry Period (In hours): this sets the time in hours as to when to retry sending a message if the customer has not responded
Retry Message: This is the message that will be sent to the customer if they do not reply within the retry period (see above)
Step 2
The response field is the field you want to use to prompt the automated messaging for example you may use the ‘addressLine 1’ field
This is a configuration that means that the automated messaging will only be sent if the field in the response field is empty.
This is a configuration that means that the automated messaging will only be sent if the field in the response field, does not contain a number.
Message: this is the message that is sent with the prerequisite set above.
Accepted values: This is where a user can specify what values the automated messaging will accept eg if it is a yes or no question. you may only want to accept the values Yes or No
Invalid Value Response: This is the message that will prompt if they enter a value that is not on the accepted value enter above.
