Feature Overview
Subject access request allows users to search all data on the platform by a specified email address or telephone number which can then be filtered on an advertiser.Â
Users then have the option to download this data and remove this data from the platform:
Navigate to System > âSubject Access Requestâ page
In the âFieldâ dropdown, select either âEmail' or âTelephoneâ to identify the user
Provide the value to search for depending on the âFieldâ option selected
In the âAdvertiserâ dropdown, specify the advertiser or select all advertisers
Click âViewâ to load the data
Click âDownloadâ to download all the data as a CSV file or âDeleteâ to remove all the searched data
 Objective
Users can search emails or telephone numbers that are required for company audits, or flagged for a specific reason or finding and removing data because of a GDPR request from a customer.
 Assumptions
There must be lead data in the platform, and the search criteria must match the lead data in the platform for results to appear.
 User Permissions
Admin users can access this page.
