TEMPLATE: [Go-To-Market Plan] - make a copy

Instructions

It is probably best to copy the GTM plan into the Project Initiative Document (which will be based on
https://convertr.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PF/pages/3075375105) so that the who initiative/plan is all together in a single document.

Go To Market Plan

The following is a list of activities that may or may not be relevant to any individual initiative. It is intended to be a helpful starting point when thinking about how to roll-out and go-live with a project.

Copy the details into the Project Initiative Document as appropriate and add/remove/amend steps as needed.

Status Keys

Go To Market Plan

This is the table / section that should be copied into your project plan.

This table should be updated with additional steps that are relevant when launching a feature ‘softly’ and/or where we have a Beta phase.

The first row contains an example that can be deleted.
