Convertr allows users now to upload video and audio files into the system via our white paper solution.
File Format Support - MP4 and MP3
File Size Restrictions 2GB (recommendation would file sizes of 500mb)
In terms of upload the process is exactly the same as you would with a pdf:
Using the functionality below:
When the user uploads the file the progress bar will indicate completion (Results will vary depending on internet speed etc)
*Important, if you close the window/tab this will mean the user will lose the progress of the upload. We recommend they the user leave this tab open while using another tab to continue with work
