🏠 Feature Overview

Subject access request allows users to search all data on the platform by a specified email address or telephone number which can then be filtered on an advertiser. 

Users then have the option to download this data and remove this data from the platform:

  1. Navigate to System > ‘Subject Access Request’ page

  2. In the ‘Field’ dropdown, select either ‘Email' or ‘Telephone’ to identify the user

  3. Provide the value to search for depending on the ‘Field’ option selected

  4. In the ‘Advertiser’ dropdown, specify the advertiser or select all advertisers

  5. Click ‘View’ to load the data

  6. Click ‘Download’ to download all the data as a CSV file or ‘Delete’ to remove all the searched data

🎯 Objective

Users can search emails or telephone numbers that are required for company audits, or flagged for a specific reason or finding and removing data because of a GDPR request from a customer.

There must be lead data in the platform, and the search criteria must match the lead data in the platform for results to appear.
