Convertr allows users now to upload video and audio files into the system via our white paper solution.
File Format Support - MP4 and MP3
File Size Restrictions 2GB (recommendation would be file sizes of 500mb)
In terms of upload the process it is exactly the same as you would with a pdf:
Using the functionality below:
When the user uploads the file the progress bar will indicate completion (Results will vary depending on internet speed etc)
*Important, if you close the window/tab this will mean the user will lose the progress of the upload. We recommend that the user leaves this tab open while using another tab to continue with work

The user can also download the file locally and pop the video out form the page using ‘picture to picture’
