For Twillio we now give the user the option from the platform to automate SMS messages to customers who submit data to the platform.
The way in which this works is via the connected app
Before configuring the connected app in Convertr the backend configuration in Twillio needs be set up.
Find Your Twilio API Details:
This is where you can get the Twilio Account ID
Got to settings to get the Twilio Auth Token
Additional you can get the Twilio Account ID here also
You will need to click on the eye to reveal the Twilio Auth Token
Next, you will need to go to the numbers section in Twilio
Once in the active numbers section, you will need to click the telephone number (if there is no telephone number a telephone number will have to be purchased)
You will come to this page, then from here, you will need to scroll down.
Then in this section is where you can update the webhook https://{your enterprise name goes here}.cvtr.io/api/webhook/twilio
