What does it do?
This gives the user the ability to serve content via the form. From our platform the user can upload a PDF which can be prompted to download on form submit (A prompt download cannot be done on iPhone mobile devices)

Publisher, Agenecy or Client

All 3 of the above can find this useful as long as they have a situation where serve any content.
