Publisher contracts can be seen in Campaign > Publishers.
The historic details of each publisherâs contract can be seen in Actions > Contract History.
If âEnable Publisher Contract Auto Signingâ is enabled in Campaign > Admin > Setup > Advanced, then publisher contracts will be automatically signed when a publisher is assigned to the campaign.
If âEnable Publisher Contract Auto Signingâ is disabled, when a publisher is assigned, the publisher contract will be unsigned.
Publishers can view the publisher contract sent to them via email.
They need to sign the document by entering their name and role and accepting the terms of the campaign. Once the contract is signed, campaign assets and tracking links will be emailed to the publishers and the contract status will be updated to âActiveâ. Publishers will not be able to import leads to a campaign unless the contract status is signed.
If any of the contract terms are updated, the updated contract will need to be signed by the publisher.
All historic contracts of the publishers can be seen in Contract History.
The signed contract can be downloaded by clicking on the âDownload Signed Contractâ button.
