Feature Overview
Suppression
A logged-in user should navigate to Dashboard > System > Suppression.
Suppression allows you to reject any leads that may contain information based on these lists. System-level Suppression lists apply to all campaigns on the platform.
There are three different types of suppression lists that you can add to the platform; Email, Name and Telephone.
1. Email Suppression Lists
Users can add, import, and delete email suppression.
Add
Click Add Email button to view the modal. Enter the email field and click save. The new email suppression is added to the platform.
Import via CSV
Click the Import via CSV button to view the modal. Click on the download CSV template link on the blue bar to view the download template. Import the CSV file and click save.
Delete
Select the email suppression and click on the delete button to view the confirmation dialog to delete.
2. Name Suppression Lists
Users can add, import, and delete name suppression.
Add
Click Add Name button to view the modal. Enter the first name and last name fields and click save. The new name suppression is added to the platform.
Import via CSV
Click the Import via CSV button to view the modal. Click on the download CSV template link on the blue bar to view the download template. Import the CSV file and click save.
Delete
Select the name suppression and click on the delete button to view the confirmation dialog to delete.
3. Telephone Suppression Lists
Users can add, import, and delete telephone suppression.
Add
Click Add Telephone button to view the modal. Enter the telephone field and click save. The new telephone suppression is added to the platform.
