đ Feature Overview
The âEmailâ dialog allows users to send an message to publishers currently assigned to the campaign.
Email Dialog
The dialog can be access via Campaign > Publishers > âEmailâ button:
Publisher Selection
The table allows users to select the publishers to send the message to:
Checkbox column
Allows selection of all publishers in the table or individual publishers that will receive the message to be sent
âPublisherâ column
See the publishers assigned to the campaign (filterable via the âfilterâ button in the column header)
âContract statusâ column
See the current contract status of each publisher
âEmailsâ column
Pre-populated with the emails that have been configured for each publisher on the Sidebar > âPublishersâ listing table > âEditâ dialog
The pre-populated emails can be removed entirely if required, and any email (regardless of publisher or company - there are no restrictions) can be added to any of the âEmailâ column fields
There is no restriction on the amount of emails that can be added in each fieldle

Message Box
The text area allows users to create the message that will be sent to selected publishers:

The contents of this box will be sent to the selected publisher email addresses defined the in table
Basic formatting can be used
Once completed, the âSaveâ button can be clicked to send the message.
Message Received
When the above message box is completed, the selected publishers will receive the message via email. The email will contain automatically generated information such as:
Enterprise name
Title of âCampaign Updateâ
Campaign ID - Campaign Name - Date of Sending
The custom message will show below the auto-generated information:
