Remove translated forms form form listing
Add a button for every ‘master’ form which has translated forms that says ‘Translations’
The ‘translations’ dialog should show all translated forms of the ‘Master’ form
Change the ‘type’ column from showing ‘Master’ and ‘Translated’ to ‘Iframe’ and ‘Javascript’
Change the behaviour where archiving/deleting a ‘master’ form with translated versions will also archive/delete translated forms
