Each user action is categorised for severity and any Deletion / Manual Batch running is considered as High severity.
User can filter on Severity levels- low, medium and high.
Search filter is provided for Page, Action, User & Notes columns for easy search access.
The table also has pagination which also lets the user choose to customise the number of items to be viewed on the page.
