The different form types are described in the corresponding sections. There are also some reserved words that may not be used as input types.
Once a form is createdform name and slug have been added via Setup page, user can select the input types to show on the form by going to the ‘Fields Page’ and clicking on ‘Add Input’.

When on the Thanks Page tab, after updating the Thanks Page, click on the ‘Refresh’ button to refresh the preview of the Thanks Page.

Saving the input fields
Once the necessary fields have been added, settings updated, repositioned and the user has confirmed what the form looks like in the Preview, they can click on ‘Save’ to persist the changes.
Clicking on ‘Back’ will take the user to the ‘Setup’ page.
Clicking on ‘Next’ will take the user to the ‘Thanks Page’
