Custom content rules can be setup on either an ‘Advertiser’ level or ‘Advertiser and Category’ level. Once an option is selected, the ‘Add’ button becomes available.

Clicking the ‘Add’ button allows selection of the Advertiser (and Category if this option is selected). A single advertiser can be chosen, but 1 or more categories can be chosen.

Multiple scenarios can be added under a single content rule type but clicking the ‘Add’ button. The ‘Remove’ button can be clicked to remove a previously configured scenario. Finally, clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the dialog will save any setup configurations.
