Each input type has 3 icons available: Settings, Move, Delete
i. Settings

Clicking on this icon opens the settings for the selected input field type.
ii. Move

Clicking and holding on this, the fields can be moved around to reposition them on the form.
iii. Delete
...
Clicking on this icon will delete the input field from the form.
Saving the input fields
Once the necessary fields have been added, settings updated, repositioned and the user has confirmed what the form looks like in the Preview, they can click on ‘Save’ to persist the changes.
Clicking on ‘Back’ will take the user to the ‘Setup’ page.
Clicking on ‘Next’ will take the user to the ‘Thanks Page’
