  • Not allow editing of values on ‘add’ dialog, and on 'edit dialog there is no save button and every action of adding/deleting values is saved when done

  • Have a ‘removed' state for items that are removed and keep the rest the same

• We will not change value transform UI (version 6) to be similar to new validation list UI

  • Currently not a client request and if change were made, it adds extra effort into communication

• Toggle to be added on ‘Original value’ to show on UI that this input value will be empty (version 5)

  • Previously the input could be blank and added, but it was not clear that this value was actually an empty value

• Go with solution 1 with some changes (version 6):

  • After adding ‘field name’ immediately open the ‘add/edit' values dialog

  • Then if the user clicks the ‘X' button without adding any values, add a confirmation dialog to say 'are you sure you want to close this?’

  • If user continues to close the dialog and the item has 0 values, then have an ‘alert’ icon to say that this item has 0 values

• Solution 2 where we have a count of the values added and values removed and have a pending removal state

  • Could make the UI even more confusing and less consistent with validation lists

• Add table filters for columns

• In ‘edit’ dialog, include the name of the fieldname that is being edited
