• Form select dropdown (first step in dialog), needs to be able to search by form ID

• Mapping step, add new row to have lead ID

• Last step change wording from ‘edited in the background’ to 'processed in the background'

• Add confirmation dialog with the ‘452 LEADS’ confirmation

• On leads > view > notes, have a row to say what data has changed

• Publisher user flow:

  • See invalid leads in table > view export report > export invalid leads > make changes to lead data and make sure lead id column is there > upload csv to ‘bulk edit’ dialog

  • If we give them access to global leads, lots of stuff has to happen (e.g. filter widget to show only their data, hide any columns they aren’t allowed to see, filter table to show only their leads)

  • Would they use global leads to see that their leads are invalid, or would they continue doing export report to see which leads are invalid which they would need to do anyway to upload to bulk edit, and therefore leads page is soley there to show the bulk edit button?

  • Therefore, would it be better for publishers publisher to have a button in publisher > view to bulk edit, and would no longer require access to leads page?

• What happens if a lead id is included in bulk edit csv that has not been processed by the form selected? Does it only process the fields that are in mapping step?

• CSV download template will have ‘lead id’, ‘field name', ‘field value', so no ‘form dropdown’ is required

• Mapping step to map to core data values, have 3 mapping row items ‘lead id’, ‘field name', 'field value’ (same as publisher import)

• ‘Form’ dropdown not required on first step, as bulk edit is not tied to campaign in any way
