What does it do?
This functionality allows a user the ability to users to run processr jobs based off on a lead parameter, in other words, you can run different jobs based off on a bit of information on the lead.

Why would they use this feature?
Normally for a lead to be deemed valid it will need to pass all jobs on the campaign, however now we this new functionality , users can implement this functionality so the user can pick and choice choose the jobs he wants to apply to the lead on a more specific level.
From a customers perspective, this would normally be a manual process where they would need to check the leads against ABM or suppression lists by country.

In the screen shot example below, there are 3 jobs applied to the job group.

In the below example you can see that lead ID 3064 was rejected because the value 'IBM' is only accpeted accepted when the country field has the value of France, not the UK.
