• Campaign > publisher > assign dialog

  • New 'contract type' column (after assign checkbox column) which has radio for CPL and fixed option (CPL checked as default?)

  • Cap column would then be changed to minimum?

  Or add extra inputs (in new column) for minimum?

  • Payout column if CPL

    • CPL rate as input prefix

  • Payout column if fixed

    • Contract Value as input prefix

    • Miniumum leads required

• Publisher listing table

  • Reflect what’s in payout column in ‘assign’ dialog

• Contract terms dialog on table

  • Change ‘payout rate' column wording to ‘payout’

  • In table cell, have prefix for ‘CPL’ if publisher is this type, or have 2 inputs with prefix of ‘Contract Value’ and ‘Minimum Required’

  • Uncapped toggle cannot be changed
